Sometimes I wanna run hard so I just run hard. Then I can surprise myself that I finish 5 km in 28min 20 sec. To an old man, this is a good achievement. hahaha.
What old man? Many in their 20s or 30s cannot achieve this timing!
I follow what Coach Bennet teach. I let my body lead the effort. So if I want to do an easy run then I do an easy run.
But my easy changes every day la. Like today's easy is not the same as yesterday's easy. cos yesterday is Monday so very blue. Today less blue but today more tired.
I tried looking at stats as I run but ..... not motivational any more.

U said it urself alr. Stressed and fatique. Ur body is underperforming and yet u choose to push for ur normal pace. Heart rate sure shoot up to match ur performance.
Yes u should worry if u realized that this happen for the next few run u did. Try slow down and monitor every 1km u run so u dont hurt urself.
I cannot run fast like you young man. I hv actually adjust it slower according to age but was surprise how much the body can lag due to stress n fatigue. Gota monitor and see if I should switch to brisk walk instead. No wonder stress is a big time killer!
For me, i will go for a walk instead of jog then stop at a location with more tree or greens to get some fresh air and clear my mind before continue or head back home.

Hahaha Sis, run at ur own pace. U know ur body better. Brisk walk is also a good form of exercise see what ur objective at the end of the day.
Just remember to lower stress, eat well, sleep well and run at good weather condition. These will help u to maintain your form while u jog.

Haha i just achieved my target too...but shortly after i injured my leg...now in recovering...just walk no run...

yeah. same here. I hurt my heels and now I call myself achilles.... weak point is in the heel. hahaha.
I guess I am too heavy for my legs or joints to carry.
