Seriously, i think this is going to get meaningless if we dun sort of reveal abit of our age and marital status (perhaps) so that Bros in the same age group / catergory can compare and see if they are over pcc-ing, or under?
 I'm in my early thirties, single and i PCC like 3-4 times a week, depending on needs..sometimes too stress with work, then 1-2 times.

personal best record was when i was 15 years old, max of 5 times a day all within span of 15mins between each time to rest the weapon and get it up and ready for live firing again.
now not so hiong, cos old liao, once a day every day but sometimes wait for few days then start again.
