paragraph 4, "reluctance to engage in sexual intercourse" is grounds for divorce. You have kids so its complicated but just toss the "D" word out to see how she reacts. Sometimes women need to be threatened. Also, you might want to explain to her that marriage is a societal contract in which she consents to have sex with you. You could rape her and there is nothing she or the police can or will do about it since you are married. The marriage license is her consent to have sex with you, its that simple. I had the same chats with my wife several times and she has come around.
