I have personally find that the pure massage in West Club. (West Coast Recreational Centre) Westspa, one of the cool place to have solid massage. After massage, u can feel your shoulder is not that tense

To all bros out there,

I had personally try this out. I did 8 pull ups before meeting Wenwen. This is to test if her massage is good. Usually after pull ups at nite, i'll have muscle pain on my arms and shoulder the next day. but suprisingly i didn feel anything on my shoulder and arm the next day after the massage session with Wenwen but i felt pain on my calf as Wenwen gave me a good rub on my calf. I think that is normal when u have a good hard rub. Cheers to Bro Blurwolfe again.

P/s: 8 pull up is considered alot to me as i haven done any in half a year. lol
