is no luck for JQ in this case is no need lawyer !!! and she will maybe stntence or send her back to china ! and JQ is give time to call friends or some one to collect money to pay for the AIR TICKET and to send down to ICA so wish JQ good luck .

For her suitation, engage a lawyer make no help to her. Her suitation more complicate then you guy expected. Even though if she been spot check in Orchard Road or private residences, she still go up the lorry. Those who knew her well will know why.
Her 9 months here make a lot of money. 6 digits figures no suprise to us. It maybe good for her to have a break. Overall in my opinion, JQ is a very independent,friendly and nice Szechuan girl. Don't seen any bad temper on her.
Let her have a break and shall wish all her best when she return to China.

Sometimes having a lawyer to deal with such thing is more effective. But it would mostly depend on situation. Bailing her out is the first move, if ICA and AV do not have sufficient evidences, the case is possible to be fought with the help of a lawyer.

Got her stuff & documents an hour ago after heading down to Diamond Hotel to negotiate 3 times, one of the Thai or Viet worker let me collect her stuff when the boss is not around.

Can only pass her the stuff on Monday, JQ is still in her clothings since 08/04/09, damn jiak lak She feels cold in the detaintion. Monday must take leave liao .

i was told the detention is 7 days...no more, no less...and then..they will be deported one way or another...

so, the lesson from here is this...if we "value" our FL for whatever reasons, dont risk it unnecessarily by going to places, infamous for raids...especially during this period... go far far way...

for non drivers, the taxi fare from changi to tuas is at most $25....and that's the entire width of singapore... the FL will appreciate this safety and provide even better services...

as for JQ...very unfortunate...really...her svcs was really good for me, indeed...

to bro showstopper, thanks...and just in case, bros here wana still stay in touch...perhaps if JQ is willing, she could leave behind her contact details to you...

but, very certainly, she can forget about coming back to sinkapore for the next 3 years, at least...not even on a social visit tourist visa...

The Episode has come to an end, she on the plane heading back to China. Poor me will have to send tons of her stuff back She'll be contacting me & very likely many other bro as well.

She is safely back in China putting up with a friend in GuangZhou, I'll consolidate your request from my PM & send them to her with her belongings.

Thank you brothers who offer to help, I think the overall shipment cost is OK for me, most of the stuff she won't want them & ask me to dispose off.

Some other info:-

She was in the detention with many other gals, she was unable to sleep well due to the temperature & hard floor. Officers did not treat them badly. She sounds very tired over the phone, but was very relieve that everything is over. She'll need sometime to settle down. Wish her all the best & bro be patience for her contact, rest assured that I'll send all those in my PM to her & let her decide who to contact. Make a deadline lah, by 19th April'09, beyond that I won't do it liao, SORRY I have to get back to my normal life too
