I was quite a scrawny guy last time weighing only 65kgs for my 179cm frame but it is now 73kgs after about a year and a half with muscle mass increase. I don't take mass building supplements just normal home cooked food with plenty of white meat (fish) and fruits and water.

nice height bro.. i'm 174cm and 78kg when i started. now i'm about 67kg. i need to bulk up to 70kg while lowering my bf to 8-10% to reach my goal physique. it's not necessary to take supplements unless you don't get the required macros/vitamins/nutrients in your meals.

for me, UN taste sucks. ON and Dymatize ain't bad. sometimes when i take one brand for too long, the taste won't be as good so i like to mix it up between 2 brands.

first, the potatoes part ain't for me, they're words from me to TS. sodium on chips also help in water retention so unless you like tasteless chips which will be similar to eating plain baked potato, its the same.
true that, there are a lot of supplements out there to scam money via marketing. greek gods, at their time, are able to achieve their physiques without any supplements. therefore, we are also able to do that. however, we have more commitments so supplements are there to supplement our diet to provide us with what we can't intake during our normal meals.
next, i don't believe in bulk and cut unless for professional bodybuilders. moreover, i'm an endomorph. it is much easier (and healthier) to keep my body fat low year-round than it is to pig out for a few months and then have to diet for 4 months to get all the fat back off. its machiam lppl to me. why not be ripped all the time? it’s easier, better for your body, looks better and its easier – who likes dieting anyway!
