Some go for black becos it works faster, but the price is very heavy. Stick to advice given by those masters who does it. If certain things are meant to be fated this way, it is. No use trying to force, white does help out n change for the better. Black works fast, but if the other party got better protection or something, it may back fire at you.

Yes. Just like i mentioned last post that black works faster than white. But normally the magic portion is not permanent. White magic slow but results last longer.

If A uses black on B, the latter priest may know where i came from. He may retaliate. However if A uses White on B, often than not B may not know where the magic came from. Thats my understanding. However if already fated, then whether its black or white, its already written i.e his destiny.
