Thanks bro did not visit golden mile money changer but do some check in chinatown, the highest rate is 23.6.
Any bro think there the thai baht will continue shoot up to 24 or 23.6 is already good catch?

not too sure, but you can try people park comlex. That is where I get my baht changed. See a lot of PRC girl change there. Looks good.
Just check the rate from the banks and compare them to the money changer out there...
