My Education on Nite Function


Ok back to the track, after so many attempts of failure, sigh, I resigned, and return back to my room to PCC. Of course I think of Ying or Bing, but to my dismay, both Ying and Bing got visitor, their Big Aunty is here (means period la). Huhuhuhu.... including June, as I told you earlier on, I got no one else. What else than to focus on my real studies and helped mum when I am free.

Well, the week of tuition is without May. I think she went back to her hometown to mourn for her pass away relative. Finally, May returned on Friday, kinda happy to see her. She eventually passed me a special note on my bag, with a card. The card is actually a special invitation (SI) to some function. Oh, which reminds me of her LEO club. The invitation is to an Orientation Nite, at a hotel. With this SI, I am waived of any fees to attend this function. And there is dress code, evening dress ... Oh, for me just semi-formal attire.

A bit on the LEO and the orientation. The LEO Club is some sort of volunteering networking club in school, well, that's the 'formal' definition, but to most guys/gals, it is a place for them to find their dates. When mentioned about LEO Club, first thing on my mind are Chio Bu (pretty and young gals), hahaha. What else. Ok, the members LEO club, will undergo some probation, last I heard is for 6 months to a year. You only become full member, after Orientation. Funny huh, well, that's how it works la. Oh, btw, I am NOT LEO club member and I didn't sign up for it. So I am not LEO expert here. Hahaha... Disclaimer, what I expressed here is fully my own interpretation la, with no intention to tarnish or harm anyone reputation.

First thing I do when I go back is to ask permission la of course. It is from 6 pm till 10 pm le. It is not my first time to go out late, but anything after 8 pm, better to ask la. My parents very easy going. Ask me why, where and why, then that's it. They just cautious me to be careful and get back home immediately after the function. Next, is to ransack my dad wardrobe. Got a straight black tie and a white long sleeve shirt. The pants, since semi-formal, just get my usual Jeans (fake Armani) will do. Hahaha, good combination already la. Oh, the most important is shoe, think I don't have any shoe for tomorrow. What to do, go get one the next day. In my era, well, dunno if you agree with me, the famous shoe around is the Dr. Martens. Yeah, the boot one. Everyone, and I am serious, including gals are wearing that type of shoe. Well, first look at the price tag, can really blown away your wallets. I am quite sure I will get nagging from my mum. I knew my mum too well, ended up, just got myself a normal BATA PVC (fake leather) shoe. Not because I don't want Dr. Marten, I must confess, it is because I don't have enough $$$. Hahaha, can already le ...

Come the night to party. I must say, really an eye opener, all came in groups, except for me. There is this big ball room and the receptionists are all chio chio gals. Wow. Mary is there too, she is one of the organizing committee. And yeah, she is already a full LEO member since last year. Didn't really know that. May was wearing long pants with white shirt. Normal wear I think. She didn't get much time to entertain me as she is so so busy with the event etc. I got escorted to a group of unknown people (yeah sucks), some couples, can tell from the way they sit and intimidate talk, some are just friends. We introduced ourselves, but they got their own friends to talk to, while I as usual, scanning around, look look see see.

The function started with performances, then opening speech by the school president, finally, the school head mistress gave the speech. After the opening speeches, they proceed with the orientation. Nothing much to shout about. Those young LEO just marched into the ballroom when the 'final countdown' music was blasted. Then, each of them line up on the stage, with name called, collect the LEO badge from the current LEO school president. Dinner commence thereafter, buffet dinner. Had a chat with the group, and the one that caught my attention is this lady named Sasa. She is definitely stunning with her dress and yeah, btw, she is with her boyfriend. Her b/f looks like this Hong Kong actor from Taiwan, he acted as the Japanese leader in Rosy Business. To cut it short, I found out that this Sasa, keep on stealing a glance at me and always smile at me. Why didn't the boyfriend see me staring at her too? Coz he too is busy looking on stage at other nice lady. Hahaha.

After the dinner, the head mistress and the rest of the advising teacher leave the ballroom. Dunno why, but heard it is kinda culture that teachers cannot stay all night. Hahaha ... well, once they left, the ballroom door shut, what else, it is party time boyz.. Hahaha... all hell break loose with the Techno music on the blast. All boys and girls are out to the dance floor, everyone of them ... except, me. Poor me, no one invite me and May is in no sight to be seen. Instead of being the sole idiot, I chose to leave the ballroom and get some fresh air outside. When outside, well, not really surprised to see quite a lot of them too is outside. Some are smoking too. While I was standing there, with nothing to do, really bo liao, I intended to call it a day, when suddenly I heard a group of ladies giggle nearby. I turn my head to look at them, one gal actually turned her back but got blocked by the group of her own friends. Her friends is pushing her turning her around and seem like telling her to brace it, face it. Emm ... she then walked slowly, with her head lowered... quite young gal, wearing nice blue evening dress. Shorter than me, she just reach my shoulder level.

My Education with Group Chat

Seriously, I am not really interested with all the chat and talk by the gals, other than gossips and talk about other people and clothes. When they touch the topic of couples, people going dating, *TING*, a bell rang in my head. Interesting topic for me, before I actually fell asleep. Think of it, I yawned quite a lot and need to sleep at one time, hahaha. Some of the gals there now having red face ... which I wonder why until I was told, the so called fruit punch or mocktail, is actually a real cocktail. My Education on Heart Broken Lady

I wonder what happened, how come is Sasa.... now my mind is confused. Darn, where is this May gone to. Sasa is not in good condition neither. Think she is drunk, but dunno yet. My Education on Overnight

Suddenly I realized, darn, I am in a room with another gal, alone. Shit, first thing that came into my mind is Sasa's parents. Her parents must be worrying about her by now.
