To those who express support I am truly grateful.

If it were not for messages of support I would have thrown in the towel a long time ago. It has become very stressful to run this place and is no longer my idea of a relaxing pursuit for a retiree like myself.

The most satisfying period was when there was zero revenue apart from my adult check sign ups.

The problem with MDA is that nobody from that organisation has ever bothered to contact me to tell me exactly WHAT it is in my site that makes it unacceptable.

If they actually emailed me the rule book I'd do my best to comply. There are far worse sites in terms of content that are left untouched while this site is regularly in the hot seat.

Porn for private consumption is legal. Prostitution is legal. Sex toys are legal. Leaked images are hardly my fault. They should not have been taken in the first place so what exactly am I doing wrong?

I think this is not a legal issue but more of a moral issue, boss. We know of the list of 100 banned sites not all of which are pornographic. While SBF is in a grayish area (it indirectly encourages prostitution by facilitating information access), the media over the past 5 years or so have an increase in reports of prostitution, or relationship breakdowns/divorces because of foreign women, with frequent reference to an "adult discussion forum" frequented by Singaporeans. That plus the conservative swing in society, it's only a matter of time before someone puts pressure on the powers-that-be to shove sbf into the ban list so that something is seen to be done.

I mean, if they seriously want to stem prostitution, do it the american way - make it illegal to be a sex worker or a punter. Even then, how effective was it? It only moved the entire industry underground.
