few reasons for not many ppls keen for this?
1. can't view the gils.
2. price is more expensive than FL (at least Rm50) and there is no guaranty a Full package of Good service?
3. safety concern? if you rejected them in the room! will you be safe to leave the room?
4. personal contact is prime important when you want to have a session with the lady.
5. it is safer to have a deal if there are friends recommended and given a full details of contact.

This is just my 2cents of personal view, no offend to OKT and others.
