U r a kind samster for upping ppl.
Do note that, as ur rep. power is zero, when u up ppl, their rep point will not be increased. N u may kenna zap for this (I hv kenna b4).
So, suggest u dun up ppl anymore, until ur rep. power is at least 1. Do actively contribute n I'm sure tat the good senior here will up ur rep pt till 15 to increase ur rep. power to 1. Then u can up ppl liao...
