not sure if im correct but what i heard all this while is that this is a special arrangement with korean companies that are heavily investing in the infrastructural projects in hcm to allow them to operate on the basis that they do not target locals but keep the clientele foreign...

that is why the joints are supposed to be safe for us and no cong an raid nonsense...

the same goes for similar joints in another district that was a swamp land when the authorities gave to taiwanese and korean to build an entire modern town....

i assume if the reasons are the complaints for the TL joints, the other area will not be affected

It has been sometime since I log in. Nice to see this new thread. Now that I am stationed overseas away from VN or singapore, I will be reading more than posting. Wishing all of you a good cheonging time in VN. I can only wait for the good time to return. Hopefully some bros still remember me by then.

1. Yes, since you asked for another recommendation for a KTV in Vietnam, here it is:

6B Lang Ha Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi

2. Yes, many places provide BJ/FJ.

For BJ the damage is usually -1 energy points, -2 gold +1 experience.
For FJ the damage is usually -2 energy points, -3 gold +2 experience.

3. If its not a 'gal friendly' hotel, how would it be possible to bring gals back to the hotel??? Your question already answered your question.
