Depends on your chemistry with them. You need not have a car to have a good time.

Some are okay with the nearby top HDB staircases and some will bring you back to their home(if they like you enough).

Their 'usual places' are now super lit with super bright lights.(regulars should know what i mean)

I was there a few days ago but you must go late- best after midnight.
Had a young sweet thing called Mira.

Better to have a car. At first she asked me to get out and go nearby but it was so brightly lit. Nothing like CV.
LAst time, teh lights used to be off late but now it is on all night.
