no lah, its more of dishing out a female (my own) perspectives on things. Really cos men & women see and interpret things quite differently.

Me: What's the news on May? Please let me know the truth.
Jasmine: the truth is you have a beautiful fiancé in cast.
Me: what? Huh..... What cast? Is she okie? Where is she?
Jasmine: apparently, may slip and broke her left leg just after school. She is in the treatment ward, they are putting a cast on her now. She suffers a little head concussion and a few bruises. They are keeping her in the observation ward tonight, to monitor her head injuries.
Me: Can I speak to her?
Jasmine: I am not allow to go in to the treatment ward. Her aunt is with her inside. They should be out shortly, they have been in there for a little over 3 hours. I call you again when they comes out. I have not have a chance to see her yet.
Me: thanks Jasmine for your help, sorry for the trouble
Jasmine: May is my friend, and this is no problem.
Me: please call me later no matter what
Jasmine: relax, sheis fine. You got to stop bring so tense up.
Me: ok

I proceed to the lobby while waiting for my turn at the front desk, my phone rang. It was Jasmine.

Me: hello, is May out yet?
Jasmine: hold on
May: hi darling

The moment I heard May's voice, it feels like a 100t weight was lifted off my chest

Me: hey baby, how's your leg, are u ok?
May: they just finish putting a cast on my leg, they told me I have a fracture.
Me: I am taking the next flight back to Singapore and will be back in Singapore by morning.
May: I am okie, dun worry about me. U don't have to return, please dun do that, I dun want your company to know that you have a clumsy fiancé
Me: but I want to be with you to care for you, especially now.
May: Darling, I dun want you to see me in this state, please don't come home, you need to do your work. I am fine. Dun worry.
Me: but ...
May: I need to go see the doctor again, dun you come back, I will be angry.

Jasmine took over the phone: hello, see I told you that she is fine.
Me: tell me, how badly is she hurt?
Jasmine: except for a few bruises on her hand, and a cast on her left legs, she is fine.
Me: is that the true.
Jasmine: May ask me to tell you not to fly back, or she will kick you in your butt with her left leg in the cast. If you dun believe, u ask your buddy.
Jason: hey, I saw her, she is ok lah. Guess you have to postpone your wedding due to the cast on her legs.

I began walking out of the queue line for front desk service and headed for the sofa. I sat down.

Me: is her mobile with her. Maybe I can call her later.
Jason: I dun know
The next moment Jasmine was back on line: her mobile broke when she fell. Anyway, she is not allow to have any valuable with her in the obs room, especially mobile phone as it will disturb other patients. Wait, her aunt wish to speak to you.

May's Aunt: May ask me to tell you not to get on the next flight, she asked you to come back after your work in Japan. She ask me to "warn" you, and request you do that for her.
Me: ok, aunty, I will listen to her.
Maya's Aunt: ok, be a good boy. May is a strong girl, dun worry.
Me: can I speak to her again?

Jason came back on: Yo! Anything we can do on your behalf.
Me: Can I talk to her again.
Jason: she has been wheel chaired into the consultation room, you have to wait.

This is a true story, what's that to do if it happens. No body can change the past. If u try to, the kick will be on you instead

My guess is that blood clot developed in the brain due to the fall which proved fatal.

i hardly ever post on this forum- my thinking being that it's safer to be a lurker than be identified - but i just had to leave a word of encouragement for your moving tale!

Laugh Out Loud, no lah. This is not those 粤语长片, it is true story. There is no clot, she is still alive lah! Just would like to wish her the best! She deserve it!

I will update soon, a little lazy lately. Totally shack out from work.
