For more than 1 year overstay, please go to airborder, pay the fine and exit. Entry into Thailand again is no problem. Overstay fine is THB 500/day, a maximum of THB 20,000 fine. No blacklisting for now.

Southpoint Pattaya is offering a buy a condo unit and get a 20 years residential Thai Visa. It is a 5 years multiple entry visa extendable for 1 year upon each entry for 20 years. Google to find out more.

The largest current bar would be jailbird on level 3 now. Strength wise around 50++ girls. Will be more soon.

Just wondering why would someone overstay so long in Thailand? If being caught in road checks or anything, would not it be bad for him? Unless staying in upcountry and seldom outside maybe ok but I always outside. I dun think I would even overstay one day. Just my views anyway. Lol.

Presently, The Villa and The Secret City is the most popular clubs around.

Most of same theme party is rotate among several G Clubs and organise by a event management team.

Monte Carlo have two theme/member party every wed and sat while the rest on once or twice a month. The Pimp also have regular party at different dates.
