Heard some rumours that someone bought over rights to run block c of regent hotel (legend). That's apparently why unless u got your room from agoda like apps or direct from hotel reservation department heads, u might arrive and find that your booking order has been altered by someone and allocated a room in block a or worse block b. happened to me last week, and was chatting with some friends apparently same thing been happening.

Find right person to get the rooms, or else u cant get easily...

I prefer Block A where some of the room are bigger then Block C room. Personnel preferences bah
