Eat more red meat(beef/mutton), and drink some chicken essence before sex. I tried and it's useful. Or take prawn soup( thick) lobster bisque best. Didi will stay hard longer. Eat raw tomatoes daily( makes blood flow better). Smokers must not eat too much or high risk getting cancer( vitamin C excessive intake). I've tried it & end result can shoot 4 times in 1 night! With a local FL who's hungry type, heehee.....
