Fa piao is an official receipt for all china transactions for the issuing company to pay taxes as well as for patrons to claim back from their company (if it is official biz).. so some of them buy fa piao at 20% (neg-able) the actual rate and pocket the 80% when they claim from their company.
So last time when i worked in SZ, below my office a lor of fa piao xi shi (beauties) selling them and we always get irritated when pestered.
So one fine day where we (me and stano and the rest) go CP, whenever the mummy pester us to patronise their den, stano will say out fa piao fa piao and after a while, the mummies will stop pestering him and turn their attention to others... so it works to an extent.. so try it... cheers....
