Heh heh... Go to the link called 'User CP' at the top of the page, click on it. This will bring you to your control panel page.

Then look at the boxed column on the left, the fifth link is 'edit avatar' - just click on that! When the avator editor page loads, just go click on the 'browse' button to select the file you want to use.

Like I mentioned, the picture you use can only be a maximum of 65 x 65 pixels - so edit your pic before editing your avatar...
