Even the favoured UOB Thai today dished out 23.37 (rest lower). Not surprising, always thought SG rates marginally better. Still, not make you rich, as it's practical reasons of availability and convenience.

If you are in Hatyai, and know where the Clock Tower is, there is a money changer that give the best rates I have known. It's front is a spare part shop, and about 500m before this Clock Tower (recently renovated place) also minivan terminal for transits to and fro Danok.

Used to change there, at high 23.95, late last year. Not sure this new 2010.
