Re: Angeles City (Balibago) Tips

For lovers of hard liquour i just found out that many of the bars do not serve genuine liquor. So ur Black or Double Black may not actually be what its meant to be.

Found out that some bars source their Chivas at P400-500.

Guys beware

Re: Angeles City (Balibago) Tips

thanks bro.

I tried the pharmacy at SM and Mercure drug store.

Very few generics if any.

There was a lady who wanted to buy a cough syrup at Mercure. The guy said 525p.

The lady baulked at the price n did not buy.

I cant remember us paing such huge prices in spore foe cough syrup.

Or you can go to The Generics Pharmacy diagonally opposite the Macs at Fields end or at Nepo Mall ground floor in Angeles.
Some locals cannot even afford the generics and just hope for the best. That's why many die at young age. Life is cheap there.

A lot of ppl think honeypot closed cause of underage girls.

Im not sure of the veracity of the allegation.

If however the allegation is not true, whoever started the mis information campaign has genuinely succeeded in convincing his audience.

I don think she asked for just any type of cough syrup. If she had accepted any brand, she would have been able to buy for about 100p. I myself would opt for antihistamine tablets at 2p a tablet. 3 tablets a day.

[QwUOTE=ZIEBART;6056347]My friends who are waitresses told me that tips are normally 5-20p with asians being more generous. Some don even tip. My take on tipping now is 20p for a happy service and 10p is my norm.
At times I will push the tip into the pocket of the waitress and that's to say that the tip is hers and not to common pool.

The tip range is not always exact. Really depends on which bar and location and how many drinks you ordered and if waitress was nice while at the bar. The range that Ziebart gave is correct.
Just for the record, I normally tip 10p also but usually if I was in perimeter or Santos, but will increase to 20p if I stay in bar longer, had ordered 2-3 beers and waitress was nice. Now if waitress was too pushy (the type that bothers you for LD all the time, must choose girl already--you know the type) then my tips start going down to zero.
The higher end bars on Fields, I usually give 20p (even with only 1 beer) if the waitress was nice, but again will give less (or zero) if pushy and bitchy.

And also just for the record, I had never tip a waitress over 20p.
Note: Locals almost never tip.

Hope this helps.

The raid at Honeypot was due to some false charges and the excuse for the raid was due to underage girls working there. None were found but once a bar is raided it is then an excuse to get as much money out of the bar owner and all workers as humanly possible. I heard that All the girls working there(none underage) had to also pay a "large bribe" to be released. As of last week, the owner remains in custody due to inability to pay for his release on the charge of having underage workers even when none were found. Welcome to PI
