The fustrating things is that the hotel did not even compensate or show anything in return. I was still charge fully for my room.

You all can quote my incident to them. Let them wake up their idea and know that we are a close knitted group.
Meanwhile, i am looking for alternative hotel to stay for my next trip.

sad to hear that service in LQD is dropping ...
i like the hotel for it location but will not be able to accept "no hot water" treatment ...
lift incidents is subjective ... i was stuck in SG JTC lift for more than an hour before one technican came to my rescue after calling them on the phone ..

bro p-(^_^)-q .. berlin holiday is a new hotel .. clean, comfortable, safe and spacious ... but i hate the shower area ..
apparently they do not have a proper shower room ... they used the bathtub as the shower area without any enclosure .. thus when u have finished ur shower, the floor in the washroom is flooded ...
other than this setback and location .. it's a nice hotel ....
they have foot massage and sauna inside the hotel too ..

We are paying for hotel services, so some sort of standard must be set.

Where is Berlin hotel? Is it near LQD?
What is the cheapest room rate, include breakfast and laundry?

it's not near LQD at all, u can consider 港丽hotel which is slightly further up the same road as LQD, lest u r really interested in payin a premium
