Threadstarter, you wont fall sick if you restrain for too long.

If there is too much sperm, you'll naturally get a wet dream to "release". As to how long, it could take months/weeks before you get the wet dream. But yeah. Your abdomen pains are all psychological. Heck, I get abdomen pain if i dont release.. hahahaa

there's no health implications whatsoever if you masturbate frequently,even if it's a few times a day (except a raw dick and cramped hands I suppose)

There is no time limit to how long a guy can abstain from masturbation.look at the pope!
There are also no health implications whatsoever even if you abstain from sex/masturbation/any form of release for the rest of your life.
Just that you'll be a little miserable and fustrated at times so why torture yourself?
