I have inform her of your "feedback" and she promised not to "dua" customers in future and she also claim that she not purposely but becoz she on code red so not feeling too well. Luckily you never book rooms in advance, but i understand your feelings; Time wasted going to the hotel and may not be able to get another FL to make up for the service. Sibei sian one.
Disclaimer: Although i have told her not to do it again, i cannot assure that such things will not happen again, since i am recommending as a friend and not her "mafu" , So to play it safe, for the 1st encounter, pls wait for her at the lobby or nearby until sher arrive before going to book the room together. I have been practising this, especially for all 1st encounters.

thanks for helping me to highlight this again. Even though i highlighted the requirements twice, i still got many requests from those who do not qualify.

My conclusion is that we are the paying customer, at least we could make a request to meet at the hotel lobby first or pick them up from their place for bro who drive. Since the FL earn our money by providing services, we feel comfortable then will go with them. Even if you happen to meet a Doraemon that pop up from nowhere, you could reject her kindly. Gentlemen bro would send her back or provide some transportation fee to her, depend on situation.

Good recommendations! this is what i usually do, even though most of the times the FL will insist that you book a room 1st. They also scare that you "dua" them haha. But as the customer i guess you can insist, and it is better for both parties if expectations do not meet. Still have a way out. haha

got tua-ed by this FL as what one bro experienced.
sms-ed and even called to confirm appt at 1030pm during the evening at around 5+pm. she said ok. when i reach the L area i called hp but got caller not available message. that was 1030pm already. ok then i waited. til 11pm I know i kanna tua-ed by this fl already...kept calling her hp but got the same message. this fl has got issues....i think she'd better not come into this line if she cannot manage her time. its pissing customers off. what a waste of time
