Not to mean any disrespect to bro TS but that is definitely not the raeson for the crazy raids going on.

If only 1 got away, why up 1000s into lorries? Especially when they know exactly who they're looking for?

When Mas escaped, you don't see ISA hauling every Malay/Malay-looking guy into jail, do you?

There's a much more sinister reason out there. What we got now are just speculation and hearsay. We will see the real picture once all this shit has settled and is finally clear to us.

Some said that it is to turn Geylang into a ghost town and then the big players will come in and build upend properties for rich people who can wine and dine in nearby IR. As for us poor samsters, they don't give a damn where we can release.

Reason? There will be 2 Circle Line stations cutting through the place, making it prime, as there are already 3 EW Line stations there already.

Major repair works, which was never done for almost a decade along Gelang Rd- one of the busiest and most battered roads in S'pore, are going underway there now.

With the shops & hotels closing one after the other and selling the shops & buildings at a low price to cut losses, it's only a matter of time before entire lots of lands would be snapped up. When this happened, just like Monopoly, major developments can go ahead.

2 years down the road, it should be apparent to us if what I posted here really happens.

b4 we ever hang the national flags o/s our flats yrs old,some ppl were going ard spreading rumours tat those tat do not hang the national flag during national day would be fine.
Then every1 like kiasu + kiasi faster hang the national flags o/s the units.

At the end,it was only a rumour 2 get every1 scared so tat they will show their "support" during the national day.

Nwaday when most knw tis game,alot of ppl r no longer hanging the national flags during national day.

Tis goes 2 show tat tis could be jz another "trick" 2 scare the gals & guys off the streets at GL.

my info regarding these non-stop raids were due to the fact that during one the the earlier raids , a few PRC WL , during their resisstance, actually teamed up and hurt one the the lady AV officier...so now these Av are out to show them and the mafus who is in charge ..this info came from some senior retired gang members who still hang around the G areas for drinking sessions..

up to brothers here to judge..
