i know it sounds cliched, but if you feel you're sexy and attractive, others will agree too.

to answer your question about how to be flirty, it's actually quite easy. just always seem like whatever a guy is saying is the most interesting thing there is. (not easy, i know)
some minor contact would help too. like touching his arm occasionally. but not too aggressive or it'll scare him away.
(example: 'accidentally' brushing your boobs against him = ok. pushing your boobs into his back = too much)

Being handsome don't really mean he is a good bf lah. Pretty gal also sometimes have ugly bf mah. And if u are low on confidence, the last thing u want to do is to compare with other ppl.
