Have many friends who are/were regulars at cititel and indeed quality has dropped. Not so much the looks wise but service wise. Very very SOP. Like pasar malam. Damn a lot of ppl in and out. It's hard to find a regular unless you return many times.

Don't really know the names but have seen a few like once or twice only. Half the time they are not around when I go there!!

Maybe you can ask the Captain there to recommend? Most of them, I find, are very helpful and friendly. Can request for preview also
