Which is true. My campmate came back from a 5 day field camp without washing ( I also never wash for 5 days) the foreskin swell and red and itchy. But i was ok.

I think it is how sensitive your skin is and whether you pull back your foreskin when you pee, otherwise, urine will collect under the foreskin and if not wash can form a lot more "cheese" under such condition than usual.

To ease the swell, redness and itch, you can try using very diluted dettol with warm water to rinse. Keep clean and change new underwear often during this period of time.

If you put your dick at 12 o'clock. Make sure your dick hair is trim short so as not to irritate your foreskin further.
