poor girl, for your case i think can high light to him that if no shower mean NO sex try to tahan for one week dun give him any sex or foreplay this will make him think about it why no fun for this weeks.
And for not last long if have to find a to let him know you need more attention ask him to improve it. Sit down and talk out everything, this is the best way to improve relationship. Good Luck to you

draw the ground rules
no bath before and after, no sex !!! make him understand how u felt? (if you dont bath, and smells like a rotten egg, would he lick you?) and how it can make u feel better and thus improve the process of each other sex life. you must be serious abt it, if not after a few rounds, the old habit comes back again.
