Got a pimple like growth on my shaft

Cummy bro, I reckon it's just a pimple lah...I had it once too...And Iwas like feeling "Damn It".. and thinking "KNNBCCB" have I contracted HIV or AIDS??? And I went clinic check up and they took my blood samples and after 3 days, they said i am fine..It's just a pimple...And why does this happen? It's because probably you didn't clean ur penis often and it gets dirty and so pimple comes out, which is like if ur face is dirty and u leave it, pimple also come out lor....And think of it, even pimple can be grown in ur body, eg. In ur kidney, liver and so on.. So, better PRACTICE SAFE SEX THAN BE SORRY!!!!!

I recently also notice a "pimple-like" growth on my balls. Pretty painful. Can see the puss forming. The other time i had this pimple-like growth was at my thigh area, just below the balls. I squeeze it out...and it was damn painful. This time round, don't dare to squeeze it and also pretty hard to squeeze cos the balls area are quite sensitive.
Can brothers out there give me some advice on this. How to treat the puss, how it formed, is it sexual disease, etc.
