I called DSC for a appt. For peace of mind just go check. I got this warm feeling my groin but don't see anything out of ordinary. But better play safe. Anyway the lady answer ask for name IC n current marriage status.

Wonder if there is confidentiality issue. Or should just go private.

confidentiality is not a concern anymore,it is how you are gonna handle your sickness, even in private GP your sickness is not confidentiality as you thought.
it is not the case of whom you got it from anymore...it is whom you have pass the sickness too or might have.
how are you gonna protect your sickness from killing you first or your love ones.
how are you gonna tell them you might have STD & "they" need too go for a check up.
now r u gonna live in private with these sickness?
STD is not a crime punishment , there is always a cure for it be brave....in your thougths...

Agree with you bro... by now most places already have many of our personal data, just that we don't know yet... confidential or not doesn't matter, I don't think they will disturb us if there's no need to... best is everything negative, no STD, then thats a good thing I guess... got STD, private or not, also hard to live with it... right?

yeah I went to take a check up today.. now just got to wait for results.. the wait is killing me. and I got this burning sensation which the doc say could be UTI.

hey HIV test is abit too early... some std like herpes need abt 12 weeks to confirm... wait for 4 weeks to do a hiv test and herpes test repeat it at the 12....

I guess my risk for HIV is lower only did bbbj... But wat to do get tested agin 3mths down the road....

Hi Brothers,

Was reading through the forum and very interested in the updates as I am also facing the same problem or phase.

Engagee a FL about a month back. Did nothing more than "dick" massage with oil and blowjob with condom. A week later, developed this rash, itchiness around my groin, penis area and butt. And a red lump on my penis head. Together with 2 small lumps on my penis shaft and my scrotum bag.

Went to see my family doctor. What he diagnosed me was skin allergy and infection. Well, it worked based on the medication that he gave. He told me unlikely I am getting STDs as I had "protective" oral sex plus, the rashes and lumps I had is no relation to STDs infection.

Recently, the rash and itchiness came back. So bad that my penis skin and scrotum become so dry and like "crusty" look. Got my referral letter to see a skin specialist. I would presume that I could see a dermatology, isn't it?

Hopefully, this little info might help anyone who seems fit.

I have went to couple of HIV test before. Thot of sharing this also. BBBJ or BJ without condom carries very very low risk of HIV transmission. Since 2000, only 10 documented HIV transmission via BJ without condom, world wide. These transmission cases is not because they go around sleeping and fcuking. These are regular sex partners. But, STDs can be transmitted through any form of oral sex. Doing BBBJ is like playing Russian Roulette. This was what the testers told me. Not my words.

UTI - Urinary Tract Infection.

I still say it is best to make a visit to DSC if you still hv doubts.
But from what u describe, the chances (STD) are pretty low.

Bro, GP is too expensive based on the price you quoted. And some more, not sure if your GP's method of testing is the latest. Try DSC, their method is the latest and for everything I tested for, including HIV and other STD and fungal infection, only $100+, it's actually $200+, but govt got subsidise some portion.

Maybe you should test for STD too, apart from seeing a skin spec, just to be safe bro! All the best!

I'll go to DSC if I were you. If you go to skin specialist, 1st visit will be $70-$100. This is just for the consultation, excluding whatever test you'll need to do.

If you go to DSC, your cost will be probably $70-$100 including all the test you'll probably need to do. Also, in case you're not aware, DSC is actually part of National Skin Centre, and Doctors specialized in STI most of the time are trained as skin specialist as well. This is because most STI manifest itself as skin problems.

Somemore, you have recent contacts with Sex Workers, so it make more sense to go to DSC.
