I remembered something along the lines of below 30yrs old is ok to ejaculate 3-4 times a week, 30-40yrs old 1-2 times a week, 40-50yrs old 1-2 times a month kind of thing.

Got some theory that in our middle age its best to practise sex without ejaculation (then can do it daily as it does not involve losing 精)

I don't know if u guy experience some side effect after pcc. But for myself after pcc I will frequent the toilet for urination. Is like if the urgency of pee can't stop even without urine inside and this will last for about a week b4 is back to normal. The lower back still aching, watery eye and headache for the next few days. But thing is total different if it is normal intercourse. I had not pcc then it is more suffering then enjoyment. Afraid it might to kidney failure for such effects. I don't know abt the ying and yang but the effect is felt.
