PRC lady changing without drawing curtain

Day 3 is pretty much like Day 2 so I will skip it.
Day 4 viewing,

tonight my lead actress kinda late by 2230 hrs she still nowhere to be seen. So i proceed to do some "window shopping".

Doing a carpet style sweeping in a 4 x 4 grid. Within mins, 3 more windows caught my attention. The strange thing is I dunno why nowadays people dun install curtains. Even if they do they will leave it slightly open. This slight opening is enough to provide a good view of what's going on inside.

4th floor, a young mother which i guess is in her early 20s or mid 20s was playing with her baby in her room (no curtains).

5th floor, a PRC syt in specs was doing some stuff in front of her laptop. Room with curtains but never fully close.

Well done, TS, for the updates... Hope you will have more adventures soon... Remind me of days when I was living overseas; very often the westerners don't draw curtains to change or even when making out! Had my fair share of "open bio-ing" then...

I feel it is extremely weird! Why PRC so open? Last time I have a PRC FB! Nabei! Can do anywhere around her apartment. Balcony, bedroom, study room, toilet, kitchen and buay tahan, sometimes even neve bother to shut curtain! WTF! I thought china very conservative.

PRC so open that is because all the Chinese good traditional value has been destroyed by the communist party Government, now in that land all are the corruption and liers. and no direction for normal people, $$ and power dominates everything there
