(Haiz...mine is one big pack)

2. Presentable (good looks a plus)
(My wife finds me good looking)

(Aiyah...me already 40+)

4. clean and respectful
(I bathe everyday and I always respect elders)

5. Face and bod Photos (no dick pic pls)
(As described above...I am sure you won't need the photos)

6. Couple with the guy having 6 packs are most welcome
(That means we failed or rather..I am the one who failed the requirements)

I had completed two marathons last year, this year won't be participating in any races, just be a gym rat. As you had told me in the chalet no time for both, it's true.

Been training and dieting hard for months to get the abs out. The feeling of seeing my abs again is wonderful. Never have the intention to bulk though but targetting for lower bf and vascularity.

Maybe we can arrange drinking with your milf friends to catch up.
