One case study, 2 scenarios. If your friend is satisfied with her services, 2 shots + tips @ $200 is worth the tag. If he wanna play tough, he still need to pay, amount as he wish. She provides service to you, no doubt he can't siam the one lah. But if the girl wanna shout rape or report him to the police, the charge will not stand because, both adult are >16yo, there is no evidence of force entry at her residence and the girl is not drunk at the moment. But to avoid such inconvenience, I think pay her as she requested.

To prevent such incident from happening, ask before the activities start. Give her a +++en even she has not asked for it. If asking spoils her mood, den give her a good headstart!!

From a legal stand point, the guy will not likely be charged even if the KTV gal cry rape but be prepared to go through hell of an investigation and your family and friends will comes to know. The main point here is:

a. Was there consent given under a reasonable state of mind and not under intoxication?
b. Was force, threat used and personal freedom was restricted?
c. Was there a money transaction agreed upon?

If the police investigation cannot prove the case beyond reasonable doubt, they will release you but they may refer for trial in court, where the newspaper will likely report the case. You stand 50/50 to win the case. You must prove:

Yes, for $250, it's too sticky to go to court - trust me, it's goddammed frustrating!

Brudder, u r rite and hit exactly on the target. His fren never tell him the
exact side of the story. I have been cheonigng > 20 years. Have not in my
life heard that prc gal dare to call the police unless she is really on dead-end
that she rather call the police the end up with the consequence that she

a case like this. I think the gal is merely asking for a compensation and
