Bro, actually the early you book, is to secure a seat only, no early bird discount unless there's some CC promotion like citibank giving 10-20% to buy tour packages. For Nov schedule, I think only mid august then they will be able to know.

Not easy, I must admit. After all, I don't earn much, so better eliminate ways that I can use "future money" before I get into serious trouble.
