The key in this case is to plan in advance.
1. You need the place - best is your room
2. How to get her into your room? Night cap (drink before sleep)?
Somehow you must convince her to come your room for drink - I suggest
You buy some red wine at airport
3. Atmosphere - maybe after a few drink you can on
The adult channel and see how it goes
4. Maybe bring some local food - like instant noodle or something
Good excuse to get her to your room

Before asking how to get her to bed, ask yourself what if she wants more than a ONS. You are married and you guys work in the same company.

Assuming you have found answers to the earlier questions, suggest you ask if she's into drinking. Buy a couple of nice wine at the airport. When you guys are in the hotel, suggest a chill out together. If she's cool about it, very likely you will get lucky.
