then the mata just wait lor..till the offender comes out...so as long as an offence has been committed, the Singapore Police can still wait for the person to come out and then arrest...simple as that..

From what I know,

I think cannot bro....already mentioned that the offence committed in the embassy is considered as an offence committed in that country as anything within the compund of the embassy belongs to the country.....

Its like committed murder in japan for example if you commit the same offence in the japan embassy in Singapore......so Singapore police cannot take action.......

Sorry bro, the railway there is Malaysia's property as part of our country's agreement with them on railway treaty way back to the 1950's or 60's. That why the issue of railway and water pricing came together for discussion during the recents talks on water supply from Malaysia.

On a lighter note, do you think if the railway is ours, we would not have developed it or at least upgraded it?

btw...the place mentioned in this thread is near the railway but not under Malaysia's jurisdiction as it is not their property. For your info, the place had been raided before by our SG mata some times back.

You are right Bro Hanxinco88.

It is just like a ship in International water. If an offence is committed onboard the ship while in International Waters. The country where the vessel is registered, the laws of that country applies.

Likewise, if a SG commits an offence in another country, our Laws cannot protect him or used against him. The country where he had committed the offence will trial him like their own citizens using their own Laws. SG cannot use its own laws and charge him whether aboard or when he returns home.

The only exception that I know is under Misuse of Drug Act where if you have consumed controlled Drugs, you are liable to be charge for the offence even thought the offence is not committed here but anywhere aboard.

Only Embassies, High Commission, etc are considered their grounds and not any porperty even though they might have invested on them.

To clarify certain matters, the land belongs to M'sia BUT know this, whilst AV can't anyhow suka suka go in, CNB can as CNB is not bounded by country laws (meaning CNB can go in anytime w/o proper warrants.) AV can also go in PROVIDED they obtain clearance and authorisation from properly channels.
