Read your story, find that we have some similar points. I am also a loner as most of my friend are married, they have their own life, dun have too much time to listen to your sorrow. My family situation also chaotic and unpeaceful, it causes me very depressed and l look very depressed and perrismistic also, it indirectly affect my work life as boss and colleagues dun like me. I know I am very negative and I know it is my environment causes me in this way. I can't afford to move out although l live in the house like in hell. When you are down, the friend you make are also hypocrite type, in of you console you, behind of your back criticise you. They even take chance to lecture you to show that they're better than you. I feel in this world, nobody can be trusted, dun reveal too much of your personal things to other, sometimes they will make use of your weak points to attack and manipulate you. In this world, there are a lot of hypocrite, most of them want to see other more unlucky than them

U can go and find woman to fuck around to release your urge, your pressure, to seek some love and warmth from them but you must know it is just lust not true love. Dun expect true love from foreign women as they are here temporarily for quick buck, they will not stay with you permanent, going through thick and thick with you. Just like the china woman you mentioned you both live together for few months then drifted apart, bcos she felt down at that moment and she met you, to avoid her husband, to seek some solace and happiness, she with you but when she went back to their own country, reality wakes her up, she thinks of bread not love. Foreign women are very mercenary and realistic in term of money, they want to lead a good life. You can fuck them, but dun emotionally attached to them or else you will get hurt again and aggravate your mental condition. And as we aged, the ability to earn money also getting weak, my advise for you dun spend too much money on prostitution, you must save some money for rainy days since you are alone. Must use protection always no matter the girls look so pure, demure, they are just public toilet, dun let yourself get diseases.

And dun believe in those spiritual item like kumantong which said will help boast your luck. This,is bullshit. Invite them in easy, invite them out difficult. You ask something from them, you will have a price to pay, maybe your life. Some even worse, get possessed by spirit, become Ren bu xiang Ren, GUI but xiang GUI, more suay than before.

Lastly, not matter how hard our lives are, we cannot touch drug like ecstasy which can let you feel like in heaven, but when the medicine fades, you will feel more miserable than before. Is easy to get addicted even for just one pill starts. When you get addicted, you will need spent more money on it, and coming stress to find money to maintain this stupid lifestyle and your brain will slowly damage, begins to have hallucinations.

Same here bro I am a loner too after my divorce ...had a gf for more than 3 years and she gave me hell of bad times...Friends mostly are married man they got to have fake front with their ocs so no much time . I also tend to shy away from friends as mostly has intention on me . They always wanna borrow money from me coz they know I am a rich bachelor . Right now almost everyday I engage in swimming, badminton, gym and surfing net to past time. I feel kinda peaceful inside although sometimes is lonely . Tried to date girls from website like OKC...but in the end back off coz have negative thoughts of commitments again.......Guess I am going on a lonely path for rest of my life . To me money is still most important element of all. Everything is bullshit except parental love. I might sound negative yeah...

For someone going thru depression, looking at Nick Vujicic will make you feel worse. Even he can do it, why can't i? *negative thoughts proceeds to conquer the brain*

Depression is serious, and I say that as a person battling depression right now. I feel that when you need professional help mentally, do seek it. When u start to notice that u have a problem that needs to be dealt with but u find urself stuck in it with no solution whatsoever, and u end up feeling suckish, it's a sign that u need help.

Like many others, I was skeptical about how counselling can help. I felt like was at the bottom and there's no way i can get back up. I was suicidal. I also felt like a let down and a burden to my family. I've learnt through counselling to change my train of thoughts. I thought it wouldn't work, but i tried and it worked! (as cheesy that may sound)

I am still fighting the battle and not anywhere close to winning it yet, but i see progress. So i sincerely do hope that u seek the professional help (i definitely don't mean the FLs).

People dont have time to make people life miserable because they spending time enjoying their life, it is only when theirs sucks.

What to do if you just can NOT achieve your goals?
Especially when one is stubborn? Or have always only known a life-time of success - which instead becomes a real bummer when facing failure.

More to the discussion at hand though, perhaps TS and others here who are facing the same sort of dilemma/problem should NOT set up too lofty goals and just take one baby step at a time?
Savor the "High" experienced with each success - make this feeling become YOUR addiction of choice.
And retrace the steps, the tactics you had taken to achieve that success no matter how small.
Then use this knowledge/experience to chase after higher and higher "High"

And even if stubborn, be smart enough to know that there's more than one way to skin ANY cat! Be flexible enough to reset/re-course your path to your goals if such are worthy enough; otherwise just forgeddaboutit!!
