Hey bro, I had it once.. It's actually a pimple.. It will go off 1.. If u r still worried, go for a hiv check up. It had me worried till i was cleared of hiv/std virus.

wow thanks for the pic.... last WL I did it with looked hard at my dick and tells me I have some form of virus!!
!! well I knew she could'nt be right since I had them like forever.... but the fact that she noted it meant not everyone had it and I was concern... well .. now I know =D

I have one row of penile papules under my penis head too. They are not white, just normal skin colour, and I am sure they are not any STD or anything close cos I had it since I was young.
The GOOD thing is that my girls like it cos it tickles their pussy more because of the increase in surface area (like a brush around yr penis head), so no need for ribbed condoms. hehe

The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body. Men sometimes consult with a dermatologist because they are worried they may have a sexually transmitted disease (especially genital warts) or some form of cancer, but this is not the case. They may equally be worried about the appearance of their penis and what their sexual partner might think of it. Vaporising laser treatments such as CO2 laser[7] or electro desiccation have been used with some success in diminishing the appearance of this condition if they are of cosmetic concern. However, most doctors consider this a normal physiological phenomenon and advise against treatment. To summarize, if we have this we must either live with it or Go thru the painful process, Laser "IT". Poor didi being burnt  . For me, i chose to live with it  , as its something to do with oil glance thingy on skin, even after treatment, it may appear again after years. My 2 cent worth of view

ah.. bros, before concluding the ts has ppp, do remember none of us has really taken a look at his 'pimple'. ts's description can easily fit things other than ppp. bro bruce-sg, better to go let the doc have a look then relying on our guesses here.
