abit more tips on saving $$ in bkk:

- for food, u can eat roadside stall, or in the food courts. Generally, u can eat quite full wif around 40 - 60 THB in the food courts, which means less than S$3. the food in the food courts are v similar to food in SGP. bottled mineral water costs 10 THB, 600 ml.

- it depends on which hotel u stay & where u go, whether near MRT / BTS anot. generally, it should not cost u S$10 a day if u not going 2 too many places or too far away places. see if can buy stored value tickets valid for 1 or 2 week or 1 month, they may have some discounts for these tickets. un-used values may be refunded. another suggestion is to transfer between taxi / MRT / BTS, especially during peak hours, or when that particular road is simply jammed. though the taxi is not expensive, being caught in the jam & the meter jumping may not be cheaper.

- dun tink u'll be bonking everyday during ur trip, probably those days u not bonking can juz sit at go-go bars & drink a few bottles of beer & see the gals (see only hor, dun bar fine hor, bar fine different story liao), should be around budget of 500 THB, which is S$20+. 1 bottle of beer is 90 - 130 THB. If your budget allows, u may probably get a lady to sit wif u, then mebbe u buy her a few lady drinks & caress her abit. Prices of lady drinks are generally a little higher than guys' drinks. But the danger is tat these gals will oso tempt u into bar-fining them, so it's a matter of which head is in control, ie. the big one or small one.

- can oso go some discos, 2 drinks / beers should not cost u more than 400 THB, depending on which one u go, if there is cover charge & how much is the cover charge.

- if u know your way around bkk, u should plan your itenary ahead, that helps to save time & $$$.

I do not know bkk that well as many other brudders, but u may PM me, I'll see what other info / advice I may be able 2 help. If the timing is ok, ie. I have some time, I may oso meet u up & mebbe cheong 2gether / have meals 2gether.

I just came back from bkk and I found that e price for cheonging is getting higher.
For cm2 the girl that want to go overnight charge 5000baht now instead of 3000 1 yr ago.

Catherine's price may be cheap but once u in the room the drink charge order by the girl will be 100batt and other 100 baht for CD! knn I think I kana carrot. This is more expensive than those higher class MP.
Also the quality of the girls in pussydon, mirage, emulle etc is not as good as last yr ( my own opinion ).

Some of the hidden cost also include the drink order by the mp girl and the tips u need to pay her. The airport tax increase from 500 to 800 bath if i m not wrong. Also change many 20 baht and small coins because the fucking taxi driver always act blur said he dont have any change. U also better bring a map to show the taxi driver your destination because they r really a bunch of blur sotong! Anyway, have a nice trip!

wanna maximize on budget? simple.
forget agogo, agogo involves alot of hidden costs and ezily adds up.

go arpnam, flat rate, ezier for budgetters to calculate. and when i mean arpnam, not poseidon, head to Hi-class or Catherine, 16-1700 . if u're planning on a 4day trip, 1 arpnam a day in these joint will still give u excess to throw around

if agogo is a must... head to the thai scene in intermara.

it's possible to have fun as a backpacker instead of a tourist.. just back from a 18day backpack trip, u might not believe it, but 18 days i spent 1000sgd, which includes hotel, tranport sex and food.

and locations = BKK-CR-Maesai-Tachilek(which i was stuck there for 3days due to borderclosed haah)-CR-CM-SGP.

If going A-gogo bar, try not to barfine but think it is hard esp at Nana. The mamasan will keep looking at u and give u the gui lan look. So lan lan barfine 1 girl lor. So friend u must be thick skin and fuck care the mamasan. I even saw 1 guy cover the container that they put the bill with the coaster

Personally, i feel with that 1k would be sufficient if you only intent to have sex throughout 5 days in the hotel. As other fellowmates have suggested, stay in the watana mansion which is only 550 baht per nite. Really cheap with gd location near some best soap massage.
If you really do stay in watana, u can always take a train down to Soi Cowboy which u need to wallk around 5 min from Watana to the train station but train stops rite at Soi Cowboy. Along here, TG range from 2000 to 4000 baht (Lt) which doesnt includes bar fines which is usually around 500 - 600 baht.
Always bargain with your TG to lower her price, Perhaps if you really do like her n want to keep her with you thru the trip, you can tell her that. Sometimes TG willing to lower prices if you engaged her for a few days.
Avoid looking for different gals at different joint in different will keep your cost low as each visit to each joint, it would cost you at least 120 baht for the beer.
With the around 250 baht, you get your room service for a decent meal at watana. That's my 2 cent. (Just a note, as Watana dun charged for Joiner fee (normally 400-600 baht for bring a TG back to room) it dun keep the TG
ID as well so please keep your belongings in the safe provided in the room.

Yeah-- AGOGO may seem cheaper than other options for Comm sex in Bkk, IMHO for true value for $$$ Ab nam is still the best

Transport ( i assume u stay out of sukumvit areas) as hotel outside this area will be cheaper than sukumvit : THB 200 (counting return trip , to and from Hotel plus maybe trip to makan place)

Beers /cola (for self) : THB 120 per drink per bar
Ladies drink : THB110 per drink

Barfine : THB600 ( assuming higher end AGG, some charge THb500)
LT (usually 2 shots ) or depending on your chemistry till next day: THB3000
Light Meal + drinks : THB90 for both of you ,assuming u eating at street stall


Assuming : u order two drinks for self and visit at least two bars ;2 lady drinks

Total for AGG : 3000+600+200+240+220+90 = 4150 THB!

for 1 night ,c.f. with ab naam , THB2000+100 ( drinks inside the MP) +600 THB tips for girl , if u request 2 shots = THB2400

and I am already considered extravagant, cos its the mid range type of girl , i choose, ab naam got lagi cheaper one , as bro Vmtech described. Even with slightly higher cat of girl, 3K tHB can kau tim already, for 4 K plus THB go for Model cat , which even the best AGG girl cannot match.

Nowadays I only give 300THB tips leh. Its already $10++. Nataree girls no need tip so much. Places like Utopia, Casear Palace, Poseidon, etc then the ladies will expect bigger tips...

my usual tips is same same @200-300 baht lar, but if doing 2 shots, i usually give extra THB500 to THB600.

when I go arp nam, usually I get 2 shots, i tip the gals ard 200 - 300 THB, depending on her attitude / how hard working she is.

If the gal gimme only 1 shot, either i dun give tips, or 100 THB if her attitude / service is good.

drinks in arp nam, i usually order only 1 bottle of mineral water, 30 - 40 THB. the gal may oso order 1 bottle of minieral bottle, or 1 glass of watever fruit juice. tat's it!the drinks should not cost more than 80 - 90 THB!

the last time I went Nana was some time in April, din have a good impression, IMO, I'd rather go home pcc wif that kinda quality gals.

Also bring along your mini water boiler. Can boil eggs and cook mama instant noodles in your room. One meal only 10B. Cheaper than eating in food court or roadside stall. 3 meals per day only 30B. Cool man!
