Nowadays I only go for spas that offers p massage. I have been going to most of the spas for so many years. Yes it's $50/hr, but it's like tikum. Mostly they will just do normal massage, finish the job and that's it. No teasing at all, and waste my time. Then I gotta go and find another spa to test out again. But with the p massage, at least I can assured of teasing at areas I want. And maybe get something out of it. To me that's the kick I want

That's internal prostate massage, which should only be done by medical or health professionals. Docs do this to feel the prostate whether normal or not, part of detailed medical check. And there is also procedure to massage the prostate to extract prostate fluid which can be used for biopsy purpose.

Then there is external prostate massage which some JG ML or TCM know how to do - by pressing hard on the perineum area or the groin area near the bladder. Basically applying pressure on the prostate from the external. This is of course safer and hygienic than finger up your ass

It's not that easy to massage the prostate from outside, and would require significant skill and plenty of pressure. From the inside, it's lot easier, but a lot less hygienic.
