cos most of my customer are bad..only very little % are good...

Last time, I trained like mad. I harcore wan, spent lots of money and ate lots of protein powder but ache alot. Last time, training, somebody offer me injection, but never took. So regretful. But if I were to step in gym and go on for my kee-siao routine again, I will eat steriod provided somebody offers me again lah. Actually, my body size shrunk alot, BMI index all gone "hay-wired". See my avatar? That was about nearly 1.5years ago.
