Make it a habit to go to Clean Spas every now and then (eg. St Gregory's, Aspara, The Retreat, etc.) and do let her know about it. Invite her occasionally.

Now if she finds out about your trip to HC:

If she knows there is hanky panky there:
Start cursing and swearing... say that you were saboed by your friend who told you it was a clean spa. Describe to her with disgust that the Masseuse made an offer to you and it was such a turn-off... what with STDs and all.

If she does not know there is hanky panky:
Just let her know you were looking for cheaper spas. She already knows you enjoy massages. For brownie points, tell her that you are very worried that one day you may step into a wrong place and be offered special services and how disgusted and afraid you are of that prospect.

In my case , My 'CO' is my mother. Of course, Commanding Officer can be women who is in charge of household, right? Therefore, for single male, CO is the mother.

My mother know I visit health spas and she already knows that women in health spas are not real masseues and that those gals offer sex to customers.

She also know I always log on to this website and view pictures of gals. ( she come in my room daily to ensure my room is clean,etc.)

She often smack my back and said' everytime see women', and that 'it is unlucky to indulge in vice'.
