I am not looking to go into the market anytime soon but still keep myself updated by tagging along with friends to property launches. I've been to 2 here for Thai properties in as many months. Sorry cant find the brochures but one was called The Green Ninth on Rama 9 touting the development as a "Luxurious Condominium". Alternatively you can check out those property fair they have so often in BKK's shopping malls.

I wouldnt advise it if you are buying overseas property for investment purposes....the perils & pitfalls jus arent worth it especially if you arent savvy enough. Ambiguous law, unstable political climate & sometimes financing can be a bitch too. Another thing imho its better to buy 2nd hand (look in newspapers classifieds) as oppose to buying new as sometimes new developments never make it to TOP or after long delay with whole host of problems like non delivery on certain promises & most of the time you have no recourse. I got burnt b4 so unless you are buying for yourself to stay in if not then Singapore is still the place to park your funds.

As for buying cars can find in newspapers classifieds. I can introduce you to some car sale girls if you interested
