Personal experience. Baby delivered well and healthy even after having sex almost every other week and sometimes days in a week throughout wife's pregnancy. Doctor's advice to do more on last stages if going to go through natural birth. It'll help make hole bigger for easier baby exit.

Priority must also be that mothers have to be comfotable and relaxed. No missionary, obviously.
