nothing beats the G spot technique. I think it is shown on youtube or youporn.

It is simple.

How big is the file ?

You can covert the file to wmv format and download it to YouTube via YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.

If it is still too big, you can break it into many but shorter videos. (Eg if your video is 30 mins, you can breask it into say 6 videos of 5 mins each)
