I agree. Like some negative FR sometimes also is the bro problem. You know la...human being. You take taxi and uncle very nice to you, you will go write good review for him? But if he little bit rude to you, you will go extra mile to complain him. Haha!

So for me I got good experience, I write FR. If I get bad experience, I don't kp. Give people chance. But that's me la. Different people different behaviour.
