I was in the US only twice in my whole life and I never did like it, the WLs are mostly towards MILFs (my own definition) and the lap dance is costly and you cannot even touch the girls (no I am not assuming you are from US, just that it is considered a western cuntry).

In cambodia the cost in the KTVs are mostly broken down into,

01. Liquor (order from menu, no minimum order so you can actually order the cheapest bottle from 68usd onwards)
02. Mixers (pay only what you open)
03. Fruits & titbits (standard add-in)
04. Sitting fees (for the ladies, some places may not have this)
05. Extras like finger food (which you order separately)
06. Tips to your girl, mummy, manager, KJ, waiters/waitresses

One other thing is that some KTVs have also started charging room fees there but a minority of them at the moment. Always check through each item and ask them for clarifications if you are not sure.
